Sandeep Singh is a fourth-generation lawyer and a 2009 law graduate from the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana and commenced practice before the Punjab & Haryana High Court.

 

He served as Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, from 2012 to 2015, handling and assisting in significant matters before the Punjab & Haryana High Court and the Supreme Court of India. Mr. Singh has extensive international academic and professional exposure, including a Master’s in Real Estate & Property Law from the University of Reading, UK, legal studies at the University of Sydney, Australia, and specialised courses at the London School of Economics (LSE) and University of Cambridge. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia, in 2021.

 

Mr. Singh at present is empanelled with the Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation (PSIEC) and Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (PSIDC). He also serves as Legal Advisor to the Haryana Investment Enablement Cell and is on the panel of the Australian High Commission, New Delhi.

 

With over 17 years of experience, he has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums, with practice spanning civil and commercial litigation, criminal law, family law, consumer law, property and real estate, private international law and regulatory matters. His practice combines extensive courtroom experience, government and institutional advisory work, international legal exposure and a practical, solutionoriented approach to complex legal and commercial matters.
